Wednesday Warpath
It is an early Wednesday morning and I am up and writing. I have not done this over the past few weeks as I have had a hard time getting out of the bed. I really don’t know the reason for that, but I have to change it. I have to get up and write more early. That’s the way I have always done it and that’s what I have to get back to doing.
I have all three of my dogs and my two male cats helping me write this morning. You have to write well when you have that setup. The only animal not here is my very old Sam cat. She is 18 and gets to sleep in. She does not have to work. I imagine she is in the bathtub sleeping. We fix her up with some nice fluffy towels and let her sleep. She will come when its time to eat!
I slept pretty well last night, but then I do a good job of sleeping for the most part all the time. I had been getting a bit thirsty at night because my blood sugar was a bit high. I got back on my fennugreek with thyme and that is not as bad as it was.
There was a very big moon last night. It was almost full and may have been full. It’s just not the same as a big winter moon for some reason. I guess that reason is I don’t like to sweat when I watch the stars adn moon. LOL I love big moons and the way they light up the night landscape. I will watch it again tonight.
It was 94 degrees last night at 9 pm at my house. The temp started to fall from there and it’s 77 degrees right now. So it’s just hot all the time. We will have another day getting or maybe reaching the century mark and then we might get a little relief, but not much. I just don’t think 97 degrees can be considered relief!! We will have a very slight chance of rain. We need rain so bad. Can’t they seed the clouds or something? That wouldn’t really work here anyway since we don’t ever have clouds. LOL. We need help. Send your rain dancers to us!!
LSU won another baseball game with a late inning comeback and more big heroics. I wrote a short blog about it all.
I really think we are getting a little busier at work. That is great. I just hope things begin to turn out soon in a big way. I just have an uneasy feeling about it all. I am sure it is just paranoia, but in these days and times I guess it pays to be on your guard or just expecting something bad to happen. I am sure it will all be fine in the long run.
It is time to go. I have much to do. I have written well this morning. I will hopefully write a little more tonight. I will meet with the producer of my screenplay after work today since we could not meet yesterday. I will write about it all. More later!!
